Head chef Carlos and his team have created an incredible looking (and tasting!) menu with plenty of vegan and gluten free options. Braised short ribs, duck, aged sirloin, a vegan terrine, and plenty of delicious dessert options such as the milk stout and chipotle brownie.
Con and her bar team have designed some amazing cocktails such as Passione Rossa, Slice of Pie and Strange Bird (pictured).
