Curiosity Dry
This is a New Zealand take on a London Dry Gin utilising 4 native botanicals including Kawakawa, Horopita, East Coast Manuka and Tarata.
Curiosity Recipe #23
This generously botanical forward gin is distilled with Canterbury Barely Malt and finished with 11 botanicals including East Coast Manuka, fresh citrus and Otago lavender.
Curiosity Ruby
Infused with Otaki rhubarb stalks, this NZ take on a pink gin is like no other (this is a staff favourite!).
Curiosity Sloe Gin
Distilled using the finest Sloe Berries and aged in Otago Pinot Noir barrels, this Sloe Gin has smooth, intense, bittersweet fruit flavours with rich Pinot Noir notes.
